Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 cup milk or dairy-free
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup blueberries fresh or frozen

Instructions

  • Heat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a 12-cup muffin pan.
  • Whisk dry ingredients; in another bowl, whisk milk, oil, and egg.
  • Combine gently; fold in blueberries. Divide batter and bake 18–20 minutes.
