Ingredients

head butter lettuce

can water chestnuts

green onions

garlic

soy sauce

hoisin sauce

tablespoon
rice wine vinegar

teaspoon
sesame oil

teaspoon
sriracha
optional

vegetable oil
Sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add chicken and cook, breaking up with a spoon, until browned.
Add garlic and ginger, cook for 1 minute.
Stir in water chestnuts and green onions.
Mix soy sauce, hoisin sauce, vinegar, sesame oil, and sriracha.
Pour sauce over chicken and stir to combine.
Cook for 2-3 minutes until heated through.
Serve in lettuce cups and garnish with sesame seeds.

Choose nice crisp lettuce leaves that can hold the filling. Boston lettuce or iceberg work great for this recipe.
