Honey Garlic Glazed Lamb Chops
Juicy pork chops with a sweet and savory honey garlic glaze
These pork chops are incredibly tender and flavorful, with a beautiful glaze that caramelizes perfectly in the pan.
Ingredients:
- 4 thick-cut pork chops
- ¼ cup honey
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon fresh thyme
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon butter
Instructions:
- Season pork chops with salt and pepper.
- Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Sear pork chops for 4-5 minutes per side until golden.
- Remove chops and set aside.
- In same pan, add garlic and cook for 30 seconds.
- Whisk in honey, soy sauce, vinegar, and thyme.
- Return chops to pan and spoon glaze over them.
- Cook for 2-3 minutes until internal temp reaches 145°F.
- Stir in butter and serve immediately.
Don’t overcook the pork chops – they should be slightly pink in the center. Use a meat thermometer for perfect results every time.
